John's expansive industry experience includes being Managing Director and
General Manager of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)’s
Insurance and Retirement Services division, where he led the product management,
marketing, business development, customer relationship management, strategy and
finance functions. Earlier, John was Vice President of National Accounts for
Prudential Select Brokerage, a division of the Prudential Financial, Inc, and
before this, he managed the National Insurance Consulting Practice of KPMG LLP
in New York City. He began his business career as a registered representative
and sales manager with Northwestern Mutual Life and New York Life.
John graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Economics and has also served frequently as a speaker and panelist at industry conferences. He is well-known as an expert with both local and national groups associated with professional and high-net-worth individuals on personal financial planning and insurance issues.
Terry brings exceptional qualifications, experience and expertise to the AimcoR corporate team through a 25-year professional career highlighted by strong tenure and consistent advancement within the life insurance brokerage and financial services industry. During the past decade, she served as Vice President of Operations and Finance for Capitas Financial. Prior to that, she had various roles in life brokerage general agency and in health care operations.
Terry’s primary duties are to oversee daily operations, carrier and member firm and institutional relationships and provide financial management and reporting for AimcoR Group.

Cody has 14 years of life insurance industry experience, working at AgencyWorks from 1998 to 2007 as an Implementation Project Manager and most recently with Prospect9 (Insuresocket) as their Director of Customer Relations and IT Data Center. He assists members' offices with their network support needs (phone systems, Internet, computers, etc.) and provides knowledge base support for AMS systems and vendors.
Robin brings a wealth of insurance industry and accounting knowledge to our organization. Her extensive life insurance background ranges from case management, new business supervision to internal wholesaler. She now serves as AimcoR Group’s Director of Commissions encompassing commissions, accounts receivables/payables, plus assisting in our Processing Center.
Tracy has a combined total of twelve years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning at Transamerica just after their Reinsurance division moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1992. Toward the end of her role at Transamerica Insurance and Investment Group she was the National Marketing Coordinator for the Regional Marketing Centers, where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of various marketing projects including product rollouts, financial institution initiatives, incentive programs, and a touring B/D CE seminar. She left Transamerica to take time off to raise two sons, then returned to our industry in a marketing role reporting to Scott Simpson of Life Insurance Services. There she worked on CE meetings, designed collateral materials, launched a broadcast email marketing campaign, and took on print and social-media related initiatives. She took a position in 2011 selling high-end marketing and design services, but quickly realized she wanted to be back in the insurance industry. As of June 2013, Tracy is our newest addition to the AimcoR Group team.
